Must be willing to supply video footage of particular exercises for regular form checks and enthusiastically engage in regular, open and honest communication.

Hybrid:

x1 ONE-on-ONE session, $55 per week// $297 PIA

x2 ONE-on-ONE sessions $90 per week// $486 PIA

Number of sessions will be subject to mutual availability
Length of sessions will be subject to mutual availability, goals and experience level.
6-week package: 2-week grace period in event of pre-planned events, illness etc.
